I’m just writing a quick post to update you on my journey (always do your research before a trip like this).
I arrived at Manchester airport excited for my first solo adventure. I waved goodbye to my family and headed for the check-in desk 3 hours before my flight.
I placed my large rucksack on the scales, and it weighed 19.3kg, phew. Next – my hand luggage. I was more confident about this bag; it didn’t have too much in it. 15.8kg showed on the scales. “sorry miss, you’re only allowed...

This blog topic has been highly suggested by a lot of people on my social media. When I first started travelling, I purchased cheap flights thinking ”Oh what a bargain”, but without doing research, I arrived at my destination to find that accommodation and food were expensive. I’ve put a list together of some perfect destinations for first-time travellers.
In my list, there will be country’s that are expensive to fly to, but cheap for accommodation, and there will be places that are super cheap to fly to, but a little...

My top tips for staying in hostels.
Take flip-flops for the showers! Primark does some for 90p; you never know how clean the showers are

2. El Camí del Mar, Montjuïc- As you can see, there’s a beautiful view of Barceloneta beach and the port of Barcelona. The colours of the sky at sunrise were incredible. You’re often joined by dog walkers and joggers at sunrise, but it’s...

My latest lunch adventure was at Signatures restaurant, a hidden gem located in Conwy, North Wales. They’ve won multiple awards, and they’re known as the best restaurant in North Wales. After hearing nothing but positive reviews, it was time to see what everyone was talking about.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a smartly dressed waiter who showed us to our table. The beautiful decor, relaxing atmosphere and attentive service caught my eye instantly.
They have a wide variety of dishes on the menu, so it was hard to choose what to...
